Creation of Métamis

Métamis Création founded in 1998. Anticipating the rise of file digitization and the growing importance of databases in business management, Métamis Création has supported prestigious customers such as Accor Hotels and Vivendi from the outset.

2000

Strengthening the team

Métamis deploys 15 photographers worldwide, and manages a database of 10,000 references, mainly focused on photography.

2012

Data boom

The photo library becomes a Media Center capable of hosting all types of digital files (video, audio, documentation, etc.). We now reference 150,000 files, accessible in just a few clicks.

2021

Half a million mark

Covid couldn't stop Métamis' momentum. Our Media Center exceeds the 500,000 asset mark for more than sixty brands.

2023

Record year

2023 becomes the most prolific year in Métamis history, with 47,000 new assets referenced in a single year.

2024

Expand the Horizon

In constant growth, Métamis is moving to new offices, specially built for its business.
